Making your Bracelet.
The bead-maker uses a process called Lamp work to make each bead individually. She heats coloured glass rods around a mandrel to gradually build up the depth of each bead.
She introduces the ashes in the second stage when heated and swirls them to create beautiful stardust patterns in the glass.
Caring for your ashes to glass jewellery
We test all beads and they can withstand an admirable amount of bashing and general wear and tear.

As it is a glass bead it might scratch over time but we think this adds to it’s unique charm.
