The Process
When you purchase an ashes within glass ornament we will send you a pack with everything you need to send a small amount – a teaspoon of ashes per item – securely to us. We will let you know that the ashes have arrived safely. The ashes are kept securely in a safe until they are handmade into your glass memorial. We return your memorial to you along with a certificate of authenticity and any remaining ashes.
The process takes between 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of ashes. Although if there is a need for urgency let us know and we will do our best to complete and return your order in time.
Keeping your pets ashes
Many people keep their pet’s ashes at home. Some because they are not sure what to do with them, some because they are not yet ready to do something with them and some simply want to keep them close by, in the house. Sometimes, very well meaning, friends will give advice such as ‘it’s time to move on’ or ‘you’ll feel better if you scatter/bury them’. But only you will know how you feel about the loss of your pet. And only you will know when and if the time is right to do something else with the ashes.
Coping with Pet Bereavement
Coping with the death of pet can be really tough. We have lots of help and advice that you might find useful. We cannot replace your pet but we will do our best to help you remember all the good times.
