Recipes and well-being are often forgotten during your pet bereavement journey but they are a vital component. Too often when people are grieving the loss of their pet they forget their own health and that makes the grief even harder to bear. However much you are feeling sad it is so important to get some fresh air, a little exercise and to try and eat as healthily as possible.
